Vidkyar Teerth(Vriddh Kedaar)& Anjani Teela: Vaman Purana says  : "Kapisthaleti vikhyatam sarvapatakanashanam yasmina sthitaha swayam devovridha kedara samgjijitaha" (2) (The destroyer of all devililsh deeds, famous Kapisthala sanctum is here because Lord Vridhakedara himself resides.) It must be understood that Vridhakedara sanctum has become Vidkyara on the basis of philological principle of "mukhasukha" (easy to speak).

Without  an  iota of doubt,  the  antiquity  of  Kapisthala, `Kapisthala',  exists.   Its  antiquity  is   related  to  vedas   and Brahmavarta.   Kapisthala in Yajurveda-Kaithal.  Its name is concerned with  Kapisthala Rishi, a compiler of yajurveda katha samhita.   After its  compilation he explained about kapisthala to his pupil community. Its reference is found in Mahabharata and Vamana Puran also.

(1) The Vartan Kapisthala is referred in the Nilankanthi commentary of Mahabharata,   based  on  ancient   manuscripts.   Kapisthala   means, Kapi=Kapila  and  sthala=abode i.e.  abode of Kapila not an  abode  of monkeys  (Kapi in Sanskrit means monkey also) The marauders of middle age  had  distorted its name.  On one place it is written as  Katiyala also. The  highway  going  to Delhi , Afghanistan , the small  nation  of earlier  USSR , Arabian countries e.g.  Iran , Iraq and other  countries of  the world passed through Kaithal only.  In those days Kaithal  was the  hub  of  trade  and   commercial  activities.   Situated  on  the heart-captivating  banks of river Saraswati its `Saraswata  Sanskrit' had  a  permanent  place  among the  well  developed  world  cultures. Construction  of 'Ghaats' ( stone steps for bathing etc.) on the banks of  pools  ,  ponds and rivers , enriched with  refined  architectural  style  shows  the  development and beauteous bounty  of  the  people's  life-style.

Being  situated  on  the  banks of pious Saraswati  Kaithal  city  was splendidly surrounded by many flora and forests Suryavana, Shitavana, Phalkivana and Vyasavana etc.

3)  So  ancient Kaithal was like a forest for meditation.   Scores  of saints  to  seek spiritual knowledge, Jitendriya(  capturing  complete command  of  the  reins  of ten senses) monks used to  come  here  for  meditation  from  different parts of the country.  Anjani,  mother  of   Lord  Rama's disciple - Hanuman used to visit the beautiful banks  of Saraswati.  Apropos of scholar's saying that Hanuman also accompanied with  her and visited this spot.  "Anjani Tila" testifies this saying. This  Tila remains on the bank-area of Vriddha Kedara or Vidkyara pond on  a  road  leading  from  "Pehowa Chowk" to  the  city  area.

 Vedas  are the most ancient scriptures not only of the Aryans but  all the  human  race .  These treasure-troves of knowledge are the  oldest source  to  seek information about the old history, living  standards, behavioral  attitude and aptitude of all humanity.  It will be a very joyful journey to get knowledge about their writing period and place , To  gain  information  about rivers , rivulets,  village's  herbs  and flora-fauna  of  that  period is a natural reason  to  become  awful. Moreover,  it  will  provide pleasure to know about  this  magnanimous heritage  of the ancestors of 'Brahmavarta' To fix the  writing-period of  the  hymns  of  Rigveda,  different  Ideologists  have  propounded different theories.  Dr.  Mazmudar says that Rigveda was written 1200 Vi.   Pu.   i.e.  3200 years ago.  But no Indian scholar agrees.   Pt. Balkrishna  Dixit, a famous astrologer, says on the basis of Shatpatha Brahmana  that  it  was written 3500 Vi.  Pu.   Lokmanya  Balgangadhar Tilak  accepts  its writing age 6000-4000 Vi.  Pu.  Quoting  "Rigvedic India "  by Dr.  Avinashchander Dass, Dr.  Baldev Upadhyaya in his work "Vedic  Sahitya aur Samskriti opines" on the basis of geographical and archaeological  happenings,  Rigveda and the origin of the culture  of that  time should be at least 25,000 years B.C.  Late Shri Dr .  Vishnu Shridhar Vakankar has accepted his theory in his research articles.

(2) Generally it can be said that the writing period of Rigveda is not that  old as western scholars think.  It is very true on the basis  of rock  edicts  and  engravings  that the  origin  of  pre-Harappan  and Saraswata  civilisations happened before ten thousand years.   Kaithal was an important town on the flowing-path of river Saraswati.  So, its situation-period can be logically construed before ten thousand years. In this context, it must be kept in mind that the situation of "Apaya" river, a sub-river of Saraswati has been referred in the third Mandala of Rigveda 3/23/4.

As  per  the verse this rainy-seasonal river is one mile away in  east from  Manusa sanctum, which is close to `Maheshwara Deva'in Asthipura. It is quite important to be noted that the situation of "Apaya" river, one mile away from "Manusa sanctum", near Kaithal is very true because near  west  of Kaithal, the location of "Apaya" and Apaga  and  Manusa Tirtha  has been recognised by `Mahabharata' and `Vamana Purana'  both respectively.

In  this  part  of  hymn, Vedic saint  establishes  "Agni"  (Fire)  in `Manusa'  sanctum  situated  on the bank of `Apaya',  so  `Kapisthala' writing  place  of Kathasamhita, Kaithal or its nearest  area,  exists here only.  It is a proven fact that "Samkhya Darshana" (Philosophical Samkhya  thought)  propounded by Saint Kapila was also authored  here.

An  indication can be given that 'Taittiriya Samhita' and  "Taittiriya Upanishad" were also written in Titram village near Kaithal.  Scholars say  that  this Samhita was written 4000-6000 years B.C..   Therefore, its  compilation  period is 6000 years B.C.  Then Taittiriya  Akanyaka and Taittiriya Upanishad were compiled 2000 years B.C.  In  this  connection,  a reference to Kathasamhita is also  must.   In Puranas,  Kathaka people are famous with the name of `Madhyadeshiya or Madhyama'.   It means that Kathaka>Katha>Katha/people were residing at Madhyadesha.   But  scholars  express  the  possibility  that  Kathaka people,  having ambition to reside in Anavristi or Brahmavasta started to  live  in the area of Kaithal-Pehowa-Kurukshetra, which  is  called today  as  Kithana or Kathayana.  In Puranas we find the reference  of "Shri  Tirtha"  situated on the sub-rivulet of Saraswati near  village Kasan  in Kaithal.  The residences of Brahaman community belonging  to Katha  gotra  (sub-caste) can be found in abundance in the  nearby  or adjacent   areas.   According  to   great  grammarian  Patanjali,  the reading-teaching  of  Kathasamhita  was prevalent  in  every  village. "Grame  Grame kathakam Kalapakam cha prochyate" - Mahabhasaya  4/3/101 Panini  says  that its writing was done by the Brahmans of  Kapisthala  gotra.   Durgacharya  in his Nirukta Commentary contemplates that  the authors  of this Samhita are Kapisthala Vashistha-Aham cha  Kapisthalo Vasisthaha-Nirukta  tika  4/4.  Several scholars are of the view  that possibly this name was of a particular place.  This samhita was edited by  Dr.   Keith.   His  approximation   is  that  Kapisthala   village represents  modern Kaithal village, situated in Kurukshetra, at a very small distance of river Saraswati.  Kashika and Varahmihira also refer about  this  village in Brihata Samhita 14/4.  Therefore, it  will  be more  genuine  and logical to say that Taittiriya Brahmana  and  Katha Samhita was produced in Kaithal only.

Let  us assure that the time - winning works  -  Taittiriya katha  and  Kapisthala  -Katha Samhitas the scribing  place  of  Katha Samhita,  Taittiriya  upanisada  and  Kathopanisada,  propounding  the principles    of    Samkhya     philosophy,     were    authored    in Kapisthala>Kapisthala>Kaithal   existing  on  the   banks   of   river Saraswati.   From  the age-old culture of this area, the Indian  Hindu culture is totally influenced.

Till  now we have described the antiquity of Kaithal from the material available  in  Vedic  Samskrita literature but its aniquity  has  been described  widely in other literature also.  The author of Mahabharata and  Shri  Mad  Bhagvat Purana, Maharsi Vedavyasa has  widely  written about  antiquity  of Kaithal and its nearby many pious  and  religious places  : 

"Kapilasya cha Kedaram samasadya sudurlabham !   
Antardhanama avapnoti tapsa dagdhakilvisaha   !!”  
( Kedara of Kapila is unattainable.After  meditation  there  all sins are destroyed and man  attains  the internal hidden knowledge).

Vaman  Purana  says  :

Vidkyar Teerth(Vriddh Kedaar)& Anjani Teela: Vaman Purana says  : "Kapisthaleti vikhyatam sarvapatakanashanam yasmina sthitaha swayam devovridha kedara samgjijitaha" (2) (The destroyer of all devililsh deeds, famous Kapisthala sanctum is here because Lord Vridhakedara himself resides.) It must be understood that Vridhakedara sanctum has become Vidkyara on the basis of philological principle of "mukhasukha" (easy to speak).

Without  an  iota of doubt,  the  antiquity  of  Kapisthala, `Kapisthala',  exists.   Its  antiquity  is   related  to  vedas   and Brahmavarta.   Kapisthala in Yajurveda-Kaithal.  Its name is concerned with  Kapisthala Rishi, a compiler of yajurveda katha samhita.   After its  compilation he explained about kapisthala to his pupil community. Its reference is found in Mahabharata and Vamana Puran also.

(1) The Vartan Kapisthala is referred in the Nilankanthi commentary of Mahabharata,   based  on  ancient   manuscripts.   Kapisthala   means, Kapi=Kapila  and  sthala=abode i.e.  abode of Kapila not an  abode  of monkeys  (Kapi in Sanskrit means monkey also) The marauders of middle age  had  distorted its name.  On one place it is written as  Katiyala also. The  highway  going  to Delhi , Afghanistan , the small  nation  of earlier  USSR , Arabian countries e.g.  Iran , Iraq and other  countries of  the world passed through Kaithal only.  In those days Kaithal  was the  hub  of  trade  and   commercial  activities.   Situated  on  the heart-captivating  banks of river Saraswati its `Saraswata  Sanskrit' had  a  permanent  place  among the  well  developed  world  cultures. Construction  of 'Ghaats' ( stone steps for bathing etc.) on the banks of  pools  ,  ponds and rivers , enriched with  refined  architectural  style  shows  the  development and beauteous bounty  of  the  people's  life-style.

Being  situated  on  the  banks of pious Saraswati  Kaithal  city  was splendidly surrounded by many flora and forests Suryavana, Shitavana, Phalkivana and Vyasavana etc.

3)  So  ancient Kaithal was like a forest for meditation.   Scores  of saints  to  seek spiritual knowledge, Jitendriya(  capturing  complete command  of  the  reins  of ten senses) monks used to  come  here  for  meditation  from  different parts of the country.  Anjani,  mother  of   Lord  Rama's disciple - Hanuman used to visit the beautiful banks  of Saraswati.  Apropos of scholar's saying that Hanuman also accompanied with  her and visited this spot.  "Anjani Tila" testifies this saying. This  Tila remains on the bank-area of Vriddha Kedara or Vidkyara pond on  a  road  leading  from  "Pehowa Chowk" to  the  city  area.

 Vedas  are the most ancient scriptures not only of the Aryans but  all the  human  race .  These treasure-troves of knowledge are the  oldest source  to  seek information about the old history, living  standards, behavioral  attitude and aptitude of all humanity.  It will be a very joyful journey to get knowledge about their writing period and place , To  gain  information  about rivers , rivulets,  village's  herbs  and flora-fauna  of  that  period is a natural reason  to  become  awful. Moreover,  it  will  provide pleasure to know about  this  magnanimous heritage  of the ancestors of 'Brahmavarta' To fix the  writing-period of  the  hymns  of  Rigveda,  different  Ideologists  have  propounded different theories.  Dr.  Mazmudar says that Rigveda was written 1200 Vi.   Pu.   i.e.  3200 years ago.  But no Indian scholar agrees.   Pt. Balkrishna  Dixit, a famous astrologer, says on the basis of Shatpatha Brahmana  that  it  was written 3500 Vi.  Pu.   Lokmanya  Balgangadhar Tilak  accepts  its writing age 6000-4000 Vi.  Pu.  Quoting  "Rigvedic India "  by Dr.  Avinashchander Dass, Dr.  Baldev Upadhyaya in his work "Vedic  Sahitya aur Samskriti opines" on the basis of geographical and archaeological  happenings,  Rigveda and the origin of the culture  of that  time should be at least 25,000 years B.C.  Late Shri Dr .  Vishnu Shridhar Vakankar has accepted his theory in his research articles.

(2) Generally it can be said that the writing period of Rigveda is not that  old as western scholars think.  It is very true on the basis  of rock  edicts  and  engravings  that the  origin  of  pre-Harappan  and Saraswata  civilisations happened before ten thousand years.   Kaithal was an important town on the flowing-path of river Saraswati.  So, its situation-period can be logically construed before ten thousand years. In this context, it must be kept in mind that the situation of "Apaya" river, a sub-river of Saraswati has been referred in the third Mandala of Rigveda 3/23/4.

As  per  the verse this rainy-seasonal river is one mile away in  east from  Manusa sanctum, which is close to `Maheshwara Deva'in Asthipura. It is quite important to be noted that the situation of "Apaya" river, one mile away from "Manusa sanctum", near Kaithal is very true because near  west  of Kaithal, the location of "Apaya" and Apaga  and  Manusa Tirtha  has been recognised by `Mahabharata' and `Vamana Purana'  both respectively.

(1) In Ist Mandala also reference of `Apana' and `Manusha' comes. (2) Drisadvatyama manusha apayayama saraswatyam sevadagne didiha.

In  this  part  of  hymn, Vedic saint  establishes  "Agni"  (Fire)  in `Manusa'  sanctum  situated  on the bank of `Apaya',  so  `Kapisthala' writing  place  of Kathasamhita, Kaithal or its nearest  area,  exists here only.  It is a proven fact that "Samkhya Darshana" (Philosophical Samkhya  thought)  propounded by Saint Kapila was also authored  here.

An  indication can be given that 'Taittiriya Samhita' and  "Taittiriya Upanishad" were also written in Titram village near Kaithal.  Scholars say  that  this Samhita was written 4000-6000 years B.C..   Therefore, its  compilation  period is 6000 years B.C.  Then Taittiriya  Akanyaka and Taittiriya Upanishad were compiled 2000 years B.C.  In  this  connection,  a reference to Kathasamhita is also  must.   In Puranas,  Kathaka people are famous with the name of `Madhyadeshiya or Madhyama'.   It means that Kathaka>Katha>Katha/people were residing at Madhyadesha.   But  scholars  express  the  possibility  that  Kathaka people,  having ambition to reside in Anavristi or Brahmavasta started to  live  in the area of Kaithal-Pehowa-Kurukshetra, which  is  called today  as  Kithana or Kathayana.  In Puranas we find the reference  of "Shri  Tirtha"  situated on the sub-rivulet of Saraswati near  village Kasan  in Kaithal.  The residences of Brahaman community belonging  to Katha  gotra  (sub-caste) can be found in abundance in the  nearby  or adjacent   areas.   According  to   great  grammarian  Patanjali,  the reading-teaching  of  Kathasamhita  was prevalent  in  every  village. "Grame  Grame kathakam Kalapakam cha prochyate" - Mahabhasaya  4/3/101 Panini  says  that its writing was done by the Brahmans of  Kapisthala  gotra.   Durgacharya  in his Nirukta Commentary contemplates that  the authors  of this Samhita are Kapisthala Vashistha-Aham cha  Kapisthalo Vasisthaha-Nirukta  tika  4/4.  Several scholars are of the view  that possibly this name was of a particular place.  This samhita was edited by  Dr.   Keith.   His  approximation   is  that  Kapisthala   village represents  modern Kaithal village, situated in Kurukshetra, at a very small distance of river Saraswati.  Kashika and Varahmihira also refer about  this  village in Brihata Samhita 14/4.  Therefore, it  will  be more  genuine  and logical to say that Taittiriya Brahmana  and  Katha Samhita was produced in Kaithal only.

Let  us assure that the time - winning works  -  Taittiriya katha  and  Kapisthala  -Katha Samhitas the scribing  place  of  Katha Samhita,  Taittiriya  upanisada  and  Kathopanisada,  propounding  the principles    of    Samkhya     philosophy,     were    authored    in Kapisthala>Kapisthala>Kaithal   existing  on  the   banks   of   river Saraswati.   From  the age-old culture of this area, the Indian  Hindu culture is totally influenced.

Till  now we have described the antiquity of Kaithal from the material available  in  Vedic  Samskrita literature but its aniquity  has  been described  widely in other literature also.  The author of Mahabharata and  Shri  Mad  Bhagvat Purana, Maharsi Vedavyasa has  widely  written about  antiquity  of Kaithal and its nearby many pious  and  religious places  : 

"Kapilasya cha Kedaram samasadya sudurlabham !   
Antardhanama avapnoti tapsa dagdhakilvisaha   !!”  
( Kedara of Kapila is unattainable.After  meditation  there  all sins are destroyed and man  attains  the internal hidden knowledge).

Vaman  Purana  says  :

Madam,

            This is hereby submitted that because of the greed of money of some anti-social persons who for the sake of money have harassed others by making fake and fraudulent complaint against me and when I raised the issue against them, they threaten to kill me and when I still continued my protest against them they even attacked me,  the medical for which I have already submitted in my earlier complaints to the police and other India government authorities.

These people are spreading rumors against me and my family that I am a crook and cheat on people and even the media is also supporting them. Due to this baseless and disgusting act of them, my children are treated badly and boycotted by the society in which they deal in their day-to-day life. Their intentions are to grab money illegally from me by putting me in such situation and they have even allegated me of grasping 26 crores 50 lacks $  near about 13 arab rupees. Due to this a case of fraud is directed to register in the Krishna Nagar Police station, Delhi by the Metropolitan Magistrate Sh. Vivek Kumar Gulia, Karkardooma Court , Delhi .

These people are so fearless that whenever they want they catch me and beat me and I am living by hiding from them in order to save my life and there is no one to stop them.  I have also made my request to several authorities of the India government. But they are not paying any attention to what I say but they are more worried about the family disputes of  the Ambani’s (Mr. Mukesh Ambani vs. Mr. Anil Ambani). How would they feel the pain of me and my poor and harassed family?

This is my request to you that please help me to come out of these fake allegations and charges and provide protection to me and my family and punish these anti-social peoples and question the media for their baseless reports against me. 

If nothing can be done this time also then permit me to commit suicide alongwith my family because It has been a long time now, two and half years have passed and I do not know when these people will kill me. These allegations have derogated my sincere and unconditional work in which I have helped so many helpless people. But this has made me helpless and I do not want to be killed by the dirty hands of these unethical people and also do want to let my family to live a life of boycotted persons. So, I request you to permit me to commit suicide alongwith my family and also those who will be responsible for this killing of me and my family are:

Sub: Permission to commit suicide alongwith the families being harassed by anti-social activities of some sick minded persons.

            In an appeal to the President of India a delhi-based social worker seeks permission to commit suicide along with his family. This social worker resides in Guru Nanak Pura, Laxmi Nagar and runs a NGO as Foundation for Common Man.                                          

Because of the greed of money of some anti-social persons who for the sake of money have harassed his life by making fake and fraudulent complaints against him, due  to which he has to take this decision to kill him and his family. Although he is denying these allegations leveled on him of grasping millions of money since last more than two years. But he has also demanded for a fair and just investigation of all these allegations and then punish those people who has made his life hell to the higher authorities of delhi government and India government. On raising the issue against them, they threaten to kill him, he also made a complaint about this to the police officials. The police officials did not pay any attention to his complaints rather they favoured those sick-minded people and filed a case against that innocent social worker of grasping about 13 arabs Rupees(26 crores 50 lacks $). Because of this those sick-minded people got more opportunity to harass that innocent social worker.

Hello there! So this is what is going on. I am a 5 year old student

लापता जगन्नाथ इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ मैनेजमेंट साइन्सेज़ एम् बी ऐ छात्र का सुराग नहीं छात्र इंडिया गुप्ता को लापता हुए एक सप्ताह हो गये लेकिन अभी तक उसका कोई सुराग नहीं मिला है। मालूम हो कि छात्र इंडिया गुप्ता सरोजनी नगर पूर्वी देल्ही के निवासी गुप्ता जी के एक्लोते पुत्र हैं। वह गत 12 जनवरी से लापता है। वह जगन्नाथ इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ मैनेजमेंट साइन्सेज़ एम् बी ऐ से प्रथम वर्ष का छात्र है। काफी खोजबीन करने के बाद भी जब उसका पता नहीं चलातो उसके माता पिता ने लाचार होकर गीता कालोनी थाने में अपहरण होने की रपट लिखाई। छात्र इंडिया के पिता गुप्ता जी और माता का रो रो बुरा हाल हो रहा है । छात्र के लापता होने से इंस्टीट्यूट संचालकों और अभिभावको में हड़कंप मच गया है। इंस्टीट्यूट से छात्र के लापता होने के बाद श्री नारायण सेवा परिवार के अध्यक्ष प्रह्लाद कुमार अग्रवाल ने अपने समर्थको के साथ इंस्टीट्यूट में आकर जम कर हगामा किया और इंस्टीट्यूट संचालकों पर लापरवाही अपनाने का आरोप लगाया।गुप्ता जी ने बताया कि उसका 21 वर्षीय पुत्र इंडिया रोजाना की तरह वह 12/01/2009 को प्रात इंस्टीट्यूट जाने के लिए घर से रवाना हुआ लेकिन छुट्टी होने के बाद भी इंडिया घर नहीं पहुचा। उन्होंने बताया कि इस पर उन्होंने इंस्टीट्यूट से इंडिया के बारे में पूछताछ की गई तो वहा से बताया गया इंडिया तीन महीने से इंस्टीट्यूट नही आ रहा है। इंडिया के लापता होने से उसके अभिभावकों और इंस्टीट्यूट संचालकों में हड़कंप मच गया। खोजबीन करने के उपरात छात्र के कक्ष काफी टिकट मिला है जो की धार्मिक स्थानों और फ़िल्म व् मैच की है लेकिन इंडिया के गायब होने के बारे में किसी को कुछ नहीं पता । लापता हुए छात्र का कोई सुराग न लग पाने से आहत हुए छात्र के परिजनों ने इंस्टीट्यूट में जा कर जम कर बवाल मचाया और छात्र के लापता होने के पीछे विद्यालय की लापरवाही करार दिया। श्री नारायण सेवा परिवार के अध्यक्ष प्रह्लाद कुमार अग्रवाल और उसके परिजनों का कहना था कि जब छात्र इंस्टीट्यूट में दाखिल हो चुका है तो उसके बाद उसकी पूर्ण जिम्मेवारी इंस्टीट्यूट की बनती है की वो छात्र के परिवार को बताये की छात्र इंस्टीट्यूट नही आ रहा है अध्यक्ष प्रह्लाद कुमार अग्रवाल ने आरोप लगाया की यदि समय रहते इंडिया के गायब रहने के बाबत उसके अभिभावकों को भी शिकायत दी होती तो यह घटना नही होती । छात्र के लापता होने के बाबत उसके अभिभावकों ने थाना गीता कालोनी में भी शिकायत दी है। जिस पर पुलिस के कर्मचारी इंस्टीट्यूट गये और छानबीन आरभ कर दी है। समाचार लिखे जाने तक इंडिया का कोई सुराग नहीं लग पाया था

 लापता जगन्नाथ इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ मैनेजमेंट साइन्सेज़ एम् बी ऐ छात्र का सुराग नहीं छात्र इंडिया गुप्ता को लापता हुए एक सप्ताह हो गये लेकिन अभी तक उसका कोई सुराग नहीं मिला है। मालूम हो कि छात्र इंडिया गुप्ता सरोजनी नगर पूर्वी देल्ही के निवासी गुप्ता जी के एक्लोते पुत्र हैं। वह गत 12 जनवरी से लापता है। वह जगन्नाथ इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ मैनेजमेंट साइन्सेज़ एम् बी ऐ से प्रथम वर्ष का छात्र है। काफी खोजबीन करने के बाद भी जब उसका पता नहीं चलातो उसके माता पिता ने लाचार होकर गीता कालोनी थाने में अपहरण होने की रपट लिखाई। छात्र इंडिया के पिता गुप्ता जी और माता का रो रो बुरा हाल हो रहा है । छात्र के लापता होने से इंस्टीट्यूट संचालकों और अभिभावको में हड़कंप मच गया है। इंस्टीट्यूट से छात्र के लापता होने के बाद श्री नारायण सेवा परिवार के अध्यक्ष प्रह्लाद कुमार अग्रवाल ने अपने समर्थको के साथ इंस्टीट्यूट में आकर जम कर हगामा किया और इंस्टीट्यूट संचालकों पर लापरवाही अपनाने का आरोप लगाया।गुप्ता जी ने बताया कि उसका 21 वर्षीय पुत्र इंडिया रोजाना की तरह वह 12/01/2009 को प्रात इंस्टीट्यूट जाने के लिए घर से रवाना हुआ लेकिन छुट्टी होने के बाद भी इंडिया घर नहीं पहुचा। उन्होंने बताया कि इस पर उन्होंने इंस्टीट्यूट से इंडिया के बारे में पूछताछ की गई तो वहा से बताया गया इंडिया तीन महीने से इंस्टीट्यूट नही आ रहा है। इंडिया के लापता होने से उसके अभिभावकों और इंस्टीट्यूट संचालकों में हड़कंप मच गया। खोजबीन करने के उपरात छात्र के कक्ष काफी टिकट मिला है जो की धार्मिक स्थानों और फ़िल्म व् मैच की है लेकिन इंडिया के गायब होने के बारे में किसी को कुछ नहीं पता । लापता हुए छात्र का कोई सुराग न लग पाने से आहत हुए छात्र के परिजनों ने इंस्टीट्यूट में जा कर जम कर बवाल मचाया और छात्र के लापता होने के पीछे विद्यालय की लापरवाही करार दिया। श्री नारायण सेवा परिवार के अध्यक्ष प्रह्लाद कुमार अग्रवाल और उसके परिजनों का कहना था कि जब छात्र इंस्टीट्यूट में दाखिल हो चुका है तो उसके बाद उसकी पूर्ण जिम्मेवारी इंस्टीट्यूट की बनती है की वो छात्र के परिवार को बताये की छात्र इंस्टीट्यूट नही आ रहा है अध्यक्ष प्रह्लाद कुमार अग्रवाल ने आरोप लगाया की यदि समय रहते इंडिया के गायब रहने के बाबत उसके अभिभावकों को भी शिकायत दी होती तो यह घटना नही होती । छात्र के लापता होने के बाबत उसके अभिभावकों ने थाना गीता कालोनी में भी शिकायत दी है। जिस पर पुलिस के कर्मचारी इंस्टीट्यूट गये और छानबीन आरभ कर दी है। समाचार लिखे जाने तक इंडिया का कोई सुराग नहीं लग पाया था
