11/1/2009 2:34:07 PM | OK A sensitive subject....
But why oh why are people posting images of Children with either no cloths or next to no clothing on.... This planet is full of sicko Paedo's who will feed on these images.. Possibly copying them for other uses...
I for one would not post images of my young children on the internet full stop..
Are people still that naive |

11/1/2009 3:13:41 PM | Jane, I have noticed a lot while viewing new images. It is the responsability of the poster to deem whether they are comfortable with having their images of their childeren on such a public site...However that said, the site should have rules about images of children especially in this day and age.... I would have thought.. Protect the innocent as they can not protect themselves from naeve parents.. Copenhagen 11/1/2009 3:20:03 PM | Hi Pete, the site do have rules.
The paragraph on underage nudity from the Etiquette:
UNDERAGE NUDITY
We cannot allow any nude works featuring individuals under the age of
18, fictional or real, nor may the works depict these individuals in a
"sexually suggestive" or clearly provocative pose. This prohibition is
for legal reasons based on the laws in the United States, which are the
governing laws in regards to all submissions regardless your country of
origin. Photographs which are suspected of depicting a minor in this
manner may be removed from public view without notice as they come to
the attention of the Administrators.
If you know of any photos that shouldn't be on EF, please pm me.

Leeds 11/1/2009 3:23:01 PM | Peter, I agree completely. This has been brought up before and the discussion had become very very heated. I think because most people would never even consider sexualizing children they honestly can't image that there are are many sick people who do just that, so they become outraged at the person who suggests this might be happening. I would never post my child's image here, clothed or not.
EF does not permit nude images of children so if you contact an admin when/if you see one I am sure they will take care of it. Maureen |

Hi Paul, if someone sends me a hateful PM regarding any remarks I've made in a thread I cut and paste it right into that thread so all can see...it has pretty much stopped the inappropriate PMs! Maureen |

If you know of any photos that shouldn't be on EF, please pm me. So why do you mods/admin not vet all images.... It will be the site that gets sued when something happens to a childs image if the Police were to track it's source (ie peado has link to images of children on this site).... I think Eye Fetch are very lax in their approach on this...

Copenhagen 11/3/2009 2:27:21 AM | Hi Peter,
The number of photos that is being uploaded to EyeFetch makes it impossible for the admin group to go through every single photo. I would like it to be different, but it is as simple as that.
Regarding legal issues. No EF won't be sued. But the uploading member will. The admin team has a contact in FBI's department for internet crime. We have used this contact several times and won't hesitate doing so again if necessary. |
