---2 taken during submission - for those who want to challenge themselves with learning
----2 taken any time - for those who wish to share their past work .
----ALL members should rate and comment 100% in ONE contest
----ALL comments should contain at least one positive aspect about the image and one constructive comment as to how the image can be improved
----no restrictions on rating - no lowballing tolerated
----photoshopping - no limit other than the finished product should look like a picture.
