for Deigan he likes freak shots like this

Updated to explain how it was done...
Went to an art show in Tokyo and there was this abstract piece of art made in leather, it was inside a glass case so I had to remove the reflective image in photoshop, It has been cropped because the original shot looked more like a horses saddle and I didnt like it, it has had quite a bit of blur thrown over it to mainly give the soft effect and smoothness I wanted, the 'clouds' are made by using the BURN tool and hilighted with DODGE tool. 2 layers, one converted to B&W the other in colour, channel mixer on B&W layer to create the purple tint, sharpened, flattened, smart blur, resized and submitted.

Holy smoke-I will never remember all that. the leather explains some though of the smoothness, you see, i was assuming it was part of a sculptured roof on some strange templebuilding.....
Interesting anyway!

I have been reviewing this one-it is a very fascinating image, medievial and haunted, smooth and dark but not grainy and so tastefully composed.Hitchcock would have loved it for a movie.
Would you mind revealing how you made it?Please.

fantastic. Has anybody noticed the face in the sky? the dark clouds forming the eyes, nose and mouth? Or have i had one too many again?

Well glasseye- It would appear that there are many others who like freaky stuff too. Ill tell you why I like freaky stuff so much... People like yourself who can see those things that few actually see are pretty special people in my eyes - People who walk around with there eyes open, enjoying life and refusing to accept that life is dull, boring, dark, or indeed always rosie, colourful, perfect.... - These images are about balance within and around us. I believe an artist can only be an artist if he or she can capture that balance (sorry.... hippy parentage rubbing off again) Ill let you into a little secret - I work in the arena of psychology and mental health so am probably quite unbalanced myself in actual fact.
