Photographer's Notes
This happened on the night our guys left (not their Tank, another unit's) and I discovered it while on post running errands the next day. Raising my right hand, I swear I know nothing about who or how this was done. I wanted to get closer to get a better shot, but there were cars in the way and I dared not get too close to the soldiers scrubbing it. I'm sure they weren't in the best of moods this day. Always brothers and sisters, but still, some things will never change. This particular tank has been painted numerous times over the years.

A sight you don't see every day. Perhaps the act of targetting the tank with paint represents a step closer to peace. Just a thought.

BTW, thank you so much for stopping by and leaving some positive feedback at my site. I truly appreciate it.

Thank you. No, this one isn't used & has been retired for years. Each unit has one sitting outside their headquarters or barracks, etc. on post.
