Hi all,
My name is Marta and I was born and live in Manresa, a town at the very heart of a wonderful country, Catalonia.
No way am I a professional photographer, just a humble amateur with some preferred subjects.
Nature is at the top of them. I enjoy jogging on Sunday quiet mornings and see birds immersed in their everyday feeding, dewed flowers and trees,... -that's when I usually regret being unable to take the camera with me ... and go on hiking trails though sorrunding wilderness is almost a need for me.
Physics is another subject - professionally coming from the physico-chemical boundaries of non-linear dynamics - where one have as well the opportunity to be captivated by the wonderful patterns shaped by the underlying mesoscaled rules of physics like dendrites, fractals,...
Travelling is as well one of my favourite hobbies and thus one of my photographic goals too.
I joined this website because I’d like to gain experience and lots of improvement with your suggestions and advice, helping me with my new adventure on digital SLR!
