he is the fourth among eight children
he was valedictorian in high school at St.Rose Catholic School
he was a catholic seminarian at Mother of Good Counsel Seminary in San Fernando Pampanga
he earned his way to college by working in the evening at a local fastfood chain in Tarlac City
he finished his Degree of Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering at the Tarlac State University
he passed his licensure examinations as a registered electrical engineer given by Professional Regulation Commission Manila in 1993
he is a graduate of the Bank of the Philippine Islands Information Systems Institute under the Information Systems Study Program
he has taught computer subjects at Camiling Colleges(Tarlac 1993), Colegio de San Juan de Letran(Laguna 1994),School of St. Joseph de Apostle(Isabela 1994), St.Theresa's College(Batangas 1995), Holy Family Academy(Angeles 1998) and Integrated Computer School Foundation(Angeles 1999)
